The Advocate Strategic Review

Precision
Built on Purpose.

Mortgage and protection advice across England and Wales, structured around clarity and responsible decision-making.

ABOUT THE PRACTICE

About Advocate

Mortgage & Protection

Advocate Mortgage & Protection is a structured mortgage and protection advisory practice supporting individuals, families, and business owners across England and Wales.

The practice is built around clear advice, careful preparation, and responsible financial guidance. Each case is assessed individually to ensure recommendations are aligned with the client’s circumstances, lender criteria, and longer-term financial considerations.

Advice is drawn from a comprehensive panel of mortgage lenders and tailored carefully to each client’s position.

Our Belief

Financial decisions should be approached carefully, with a clear understanding of risk, suitability, and long-term implications.

Advocate Mortgage & Protection was founded on the belief that financial advice should be structured, transparent, and proportionate to each client’s circumstances.

This means ensuring that every recommendation is grounded in clarity, careful preparation, and responsible guidance.

Our principles are simple:

• Clarity before commitment
• Structure before submission
• Responsibility before recommendation

These principles guide every client relationship and every case we undertake.

Our approach is built on careful preparation and responsible advice.

How We Work

Every case is approached methodically and with careful attention to detail.

The process begins with a thorough understanding of your financial position, including income structure, affordability, and longer-term objectives.

From there we focus on:

• Careful presentation of income and affordability
• Appropriate alignment with lender criteria
• Clear and transparent explanation of available options

Our role is to ensure your position is fully understood and carefully structured before it reaches a lender’s desk.

Advice is drawn from a comprehensive panel of mortgage lenders and tailored carefully to your circumstances.

The aim is simple: to ensure every client receives advice that is clear, responsible, and aligned with their long-term interests.

The Practice

Advocate Mortgage & Protection is structured to operate as a professional advisory practice rather than a transactional brokerage.

The focus is on careful preparation, responsible recommendations, and long-term client relationships.

We prioritise:

  • Professional discretion

  • Measured decision-making

  • Regulatory discipline

  • Long-term client relationships

Every enquiry is handled personally and with appropriate confidentiality.

The Person Behind the Practice

My work is shaped by professional experience and long-standing involvement within the community.

For many years, I have been closely connected to the Diaspora and church community through service and leadership. This informs how I work — with care, responsibility, and respect for what matters most to families and individuals building long-term security.

Alongside this, my professional background spans retail banking, protection-led advisory environments, and wider financial services.

Professional relationships are built on clarity, discretion, and trust — principles that guide every client engagement.
